ME
I live in beautiful Seattle, Washington with my wife, Allison.  I moved here in 2000 to study business at the University of Washington and found this area so amazing that I couldn’t bring myself to leave.

The vast majority of my photographs are taken here in the Pacific Northwest because I am constantly exploring this unique land to see all that it has to offer.

I do enjoy traveling and my camera is always the first item I pack.  I’ve been fortunate to visit many beautiful places throughout the world, and hope to continue to do so in the years to come.  It is my hope that through the years I can record the world around me and in my old age I will have a portfolio of our world and of my life.

MY CAMERAS
I shoot Nikon.  It’s funny how when you start becoming serious about photography, there’s a fork in the road and the path you follow is what you’ll be on for a long time. I chose the Nikon path early on for the quality of their lenses and the strength of their cameras, and I’ve never regretted my choice.

MY PHOTOGRAPHY
As you see my photos, you will notice that I enjoy nature, architecture and landscape photography.  These themes fascinate me and I sometimes struggle to look for other photographs when I’m out shooting.

MY WEBSITE
This website was designed, assembled and administered by me.  In the early stages I came to the conclusion that I didn’t want an extremely colorful website – I wanted the photos to be presented for what they are, with few distractions.  As my skills continue to grow as both a photographer and web designer, I hope to add more features and interactivity to the site.
