Tulips in Skagit Valley

Tulips in Skagit Valley

March 31, 2007 | Skagit Valley

The spring time in Skagit Valley is always an exciting time. When the daffodils and tulips begin to bloom, flocks of tourists from around the region come to this area to visit the farms and fields of flowers. This shot was taken early in the season as the tulips were just beginning to bloom.

In this particular shot, I like the old world feel of the red barn along with the colorful tulips in the foreground.
