Little T

Little T

July 04, 2009 | Mount Rainier National Park

So the "Mountain" is always the focal point of visitors to Mount Rainier National Park, but commonly overlooked is the chunk of rock just off the side of the Mountain called Mount Tahoma, or slangly "Little T". This is a mountain in its own right and considered in the top 100 highest peaks in Washington. It was at one time actually part of the mountain, before the last time the mountain blew it was a continuous chunk of it.
